SHIPPING COSTS

We ship our products with great care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Check out our shipping conditions:

1. Processing Deadlines

   - Orders are processed and shipped as a rule within 7 working days after order confirmation, except in cases of large quantity orders that require more production time.

   - For customized products, production time may vary depending on quantities. We will inform you of the estimated time at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

   - We work with CTT express service to ensure safe and efficient shipping.

   - Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of the order .

3. Delivery times

Once the order has been produced, delivery times by the carrier are estimated to be between 5 and 10 working days, and may vary during periods of higher shipping volumes

4. Order tracking

   - Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to track your delivery

5. Problems with Delivery

   - If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at loja.feitoemportugal@gmail.com so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

PAYMENTS

Once payment for the order has been accepted and verified, the order is processed and produced for shipping. Please note that payments via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to be verified .
