RETURN POLICY

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please consider:

1.  We accept returns within 15 days after receiving the order, as long as the product is in perfect condition, without signs of use and packaged .

2. Customized products

   . Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error in production.

3. Return procedure:

   - Send an email to loja.feitoemportugal@gmail.com with the order number and the reason for the return

   - After approval, we will send instructions for shipping the product .

   - Refund will be processed after inspection of the returned item

4. Shipping costs

   - If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs

   - In other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost .
